This are the statements you find in the standard skin file :

<%@ Register TagPrefix="dnn" TagName="LANGUAGE" Src="~/Admin/Skins/Language.ascx" %>

<dnn:LANGUAGE runat="server" ID="dnnLANGUAGE" ShowMenu="False" ShowLinks="True" />

To use the OpenLanguageSkinObject : change the register statement in your skin file

<%@ Register TagPrefix="dnn" TagName="LANGUAGE" Src="~/DesktopModules/Satrabel/Skins/Language.ascx" %>

It's all.

And there are also 3 additional optional attributes on the skinobject :

<dnn:LANGUAGE runat="server" ID="dnnLANGUAGE" ShowMenu="False" ShowLinks="True" AddModuleParameters="False" AddModuleParametersForNeutralPage="False" AddQueryString="False" />

This attributes are default to false.

if AddModuleParameters is true, add module parameters like itemid or articleid to the urls.
if AddModuleParametersForNeutralPage is true, add module parameters like itemid or articleid to the urls of Culture neutral pages like admin pages or pages that are created without content localization enabled.
if AddQueryString is true, add querystring (?returnurl=, ...) to the urls.
